0,5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
75 milliliters unsweetened almond milk

For the filling
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 medium carrots peeled and cut into batons
75 grams mushrooms cleaned and sliced

2 spring onions green tops only, sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
